By creating an account or using the Will Watch app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Will Watch is operated by William Crookes, an individual developer based in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Will Watch. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at privacy@willwatch.app if you think your account has been compromised.
Will Watch lets you track TV shows and movies you're watching or have watched, discuss them with other users via comments, and vote on comments and cast members. Show and movie information is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB); we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
When using Will Watch, you agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Comments, replies, and votes you post remain yours, but by posting them you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute them within the Service so other users can see them. You're solely responsible for what you post.
Will Watch is currently free to use, with no subscriptions or paid features. If that changes, or if we introduce advertising, we'll update these Terms and let you know beforehand.
The Will Watch app, its design, and branding belong to us. Show and movie metadata and images are the property of their respective rights holders and TMDB. Using the Service doesn't give you any ownership rights in it.
You can stop using Will Watch and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.
Will Watch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will Watch and William Crookes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
